Shipping Times
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Lithuania. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.
Orders need 5-7 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Customs/import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by the country's regulations to which the goods are shipped to.
Delivery times are estimates. Please note that delays of up to 10 business days may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
With Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered by your local postal service.
Tracking
All orders are 100% tracked. You'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
Returns
With our 60-Day DayFree Returns Guarantee, you may return your Jokiss Vape for a refund within 45 days of receiving your order. We do not offer returns on international orders.
